From an imported sale to the shipping workflow

  • Start with the order

    Shipnovo imports open eBay orders. You use the order for shipping instead of changing the listing type.

  • Keep the eBay account attached

    Each imported order stays linked to its eBay account. Shipment information goes back to that account.

  • Choose a shipping method

    Choose a configured shipping method or check a saved shipping suggestion for the order.

  • Create a label and confirm separately

    Creating a label does not confirm shipment. Shipment confirmation is a separate step in the shipping run.

  • Leave listing terms unchanged

    Shipnovo handles shipping for the imported order. This workflow does not change the listing type or its shipping terms.

How to prepare the shipment

Connect your eBay account first and configure a shipping method:

  1. Connect your eBay account so Shipnovo can import open orders.
  2. Configure a shipping method for your carrier under Settings.
  3. Open the imported order and add it to a shipping run.
  4. Create the label, pack the shipment and confirm shipping as a separate step.
