DHL Parcel up to 31.5 kg and DHL Small Parcel up to 1 kg within Germany.
International shipping
DHL Parcel International, DHL Europaket, and Warenpost International, with customs details from the order.

To a Packstation or post office
With a postal number in the recipient address, the parcel goes to the selected locker or branch.
Thermal or laser printing
103 × 150 mm or 103 × 199 mm for thermal printers, laser labels on A5 sheets, or an A4 PDF.
No duplicate purchase
If a DHL response is unclear, Shipnovo flags the shipment for review instead of buying postage again.
How it works

- 3Select orders and create labels in a shipping batch.
- 4Print labels, pack the orders, and confirm shipment.
Common questions
Yes, to create labels directly. Without a contract, you can upload unused original DHL PDFs as a label stock and assign them to shipments.
Your DHL contract determines that. Premium, age verification, and additional insurance may cost extra. Choose them deliberately in the shipping service.
Use 103 × 150 mm for thermal printers, A5 formats for laser printers, or an A4 PDF. Shipnovo rejects formats that are too small to avoid cutting off the label.
