Sales channels & marketplaces
eBay is directly connected as the primary marketplace through the official eBay REST API using OAuth 2.0. Connect multiple eBay accounts at once. All open orders, product data and buyer messages come together in one overview. Add other marketplaces and online shops through the flexible CSV or Excel file import.
Shipping carriers & postage
Ship parcels at your own rates through your DHL business customer contract (GKP) for DHL Paket and DHL Kleinpaket. Buy postage digitally for letters, large letters, maxi letters, and books and merchandise shipments through your Deutsche Post postage account. Tracking numbers are captured automatically after label creation and sent to eBay.
Import files from other shops
For orders outside eBay, use the guided file import. Upload order lists as Excel, CSV or PDF files. Shipnovo imports addresses and item quantities, applies shipping rules and creates shipping labels in the same packing order as your eBay shipments.
Security and data protection
All credentials and API tokens are stored encrypted on the server. The eBay connection uses modern OAuth 2.0 authorisation without permanently storing your login details. Shipnovo keeps tenant data strictly separated in German data centres.
Common questions
eBay is connected directly through its API with OAuth 2.0 for any number of accounts; DHL uses your own business customer contract, and Deutsche Post Internetmarke uses your postage account. Simply import orders from other shops as CSV, Excel or PDF files.
The overview under Shipping carriers in Settings shows which other carriers your account can use. DHL for parcels and Deutsche Post for letters are definitely available.
