Who this section is for
For merchants in Germany who sell on eBay and pack their own parcels. Ship with DHL through your business customer account or Deutsche Post through your postage account. You have one eBay seller account or several, such as a second shop for different products. And you want to stop buying labels one at a time and process all open orders in one go.
How eBay shipping works in Shipnovo
Connect your eBay account in Settings. Shipnovo then retrieves your orders automatically. Use “Import from eBay” to also fetch the last day or the last 7, 30 or 90 days. Select orders in the order list and start a shipping run. Shipnovo creates all labels at once, along with the packing list in the same order. Confirm shipment after packing.
Keep track of orders
Every order has a clear status: Open, Ready to ship, Printed or Shipped. Filter the list by status, eBay account or order source. Shipnovo flags addresses that should be corrected before shipping and explains why. Upload orders from other sources as PDF, Excel or CSV files. Review the preview before importing anything.
Multiple eBay accounts, one workflow
Every plan includes multiple eBay accounts. Orders from all accounts appear in one list, and each remains assigned to its account. Assign shipping methods, description templates and shipping rules by account. Print orders from different accounts together in one shipping run. The tracking number still goes back to exactly the eBay account the order came from.
Pack without searching
By default, the label and packing list carry the same packing number, for example 3/20. Packing number 1 on the label matches position 1 on the packing list. Turn packing numbers off under Settings → Packing numbers if you do not need them. In packing mode, scan the shipping label and confirm each item using its item code. Shipnovo rejects incorrect and duplicate scans. Use a handheld scanner or your phone browser camera—no app required.
Shipping notification to eBay
A printed label does not mean the parcel is on its way. Shipnovo therefore reports the shipment only after you confirm it. Under Settings → Shipping notification to eBay, choose which shipments to report: those with a tracking number or shipments without one.
What you need to get started
An eBay seller account, a DHL business customer account or a Deutsche Post postage account, and a printer. For DHL labels, an office printer with A4 PDF is enough; a 103 × 150 mm thermal printer is faster. You do not need a handheld scanner: packing mode also works with your phone browser camera.
