Each successfully created new label counts once, regardless of the number of items. Previews and reprints do not count again. Confirmed failed purchases use no quota. Uncertain provider results reserve quota until resolved. Cancelling a successfully created label does not restore software quota.
Starter includes up to 100, Standard up to 500 and Pro up to 2,000 new labels each month. Each limit is inclusive. For 80 labels choose Starter, for 350 Standard and for 1,200 Pro. Every plan includes the same features. No plan above 2,000 labels is published.
Before creating labels, Shipnovo checks the quota remaining for the batch. Select a smaller batch or choose a suitable plan. There are no automatic upgrades or extra label charges.
Cancel monthly or change your plan under Subscription & billing. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.
Yes. Administrators can download their company data as JSON under Settings → Data export & deletion.
Software prices include VAT. Postage is separate: DHL charges your own DHL account, and Deutsche Post charges your postage wallet. This also applies during the free software trial.
