What Shipnovo can do

  • Up to 1 kg and 35 × 25 × 8 cm

Small Parcel is for shipments within Germany up to 1 kg and no larger than 35 × 25 × 8 cm. Shipnovo rejects overweight shipments before purchase.

  • Billing number with procedure 62

Your DHL contract needs a billing number with procedure 62 for Small Parcel. If it does not match the product, Shipnovo stops before purchase.

  • Automate light orders

A shipping rule with a weight condition can suggest Small Parcel for light orders and DHL Parcel for heavier ones.

  • Choose your Small Parcel label format

As with DHL Parcel, print Small Parcel labels at 103 × 150 mm, as A5 laser labels, or as an A4 PDF.

  • Small Parcel tracking

Small Parcel includes a DHL tracking number. After you confirm shipment, Shipnovo sends it to the eBay account the order came from.

How it works

  1. 1Check in the DHL business customer portal that your contract includes Small Parcel with procedure 62.
  2. 2Connect your DHL business customer account under Settings.
  3. 3Create a shipping service with the DHL Small Parcel product and your print format.
  4. 4Select light eBay orders in a shipping batch, then create and print labels.
