What Shipnovo can do

  • Your own DHL contract

    Shipnovo uses your DHL business customer account. DHL charges postage directly to you at your agreed rates.

  • Domestic and international

    DHL Paket, DHL Kleinpaket, DHL Paket International, DHL Europaket and Warenpost International.

  • Choose print formats

    103 × 150 mm for thermal and label printers, A4 PDF or A5 laser labels. Choose the format for each shipping method.

  • Shipping rules

    Shipnovo suggests a shipping method based on destination country, item value or eBay account. You do not have to choose it again each time.

  • Customs information for international shipments

    Enter customs information in Shipnovo for international shipments. DHL provides available customs documents with the shipment.

  • Send the tracking number to the right account

    After you confirm shipping, the DHL tracking number goes to the eBay account the order came from.

How it works
