Review order files and ship with DHL

  • Upload PDF, Excel, or CSV files

    When an order is available as a file, upload it under Import. Shipnovo checks the file and prepares a preview.

  • Review before import

    Check the recognized order details in the preview. Orders are created only after you confirm the rows.

  • Use a configured shipping method

    After import, choose an already configured DHL shipping method to process the confirmed order.

  • Process in the same shipping run

    Confirmed orders from files can go through the same shipping run as your connected marketplace orders.

  • Use your own shipping account

    Shipnovo creates DHL labels through your own DHL business customer account. DHL bills you for postage directly.

How to ship file-imported orders with DHL

Configure your shipping account first and have your order file ready:

  1. Under Settings, connect your DHL business account and configure a shipping method.
  2. Upload the order file as PDF, Excel, or CSV under Import in Shipnovo.
  3. Review the preview and confirm only the rows you want to create as orders.
  4. Add the confirmed order to a shipping run and create the DHL shipping label.
