From label creation to tracking updates

  • Creating a label is not confirmation

    Creating and printing a label does not report the shipment as sent.

  • Confirm shipping separately

    Shipment confirmation is a separate step in the shipping run. It releases the shipment for an update to eBay.

  • Send tracking according to your settings

    After confirmation, tracking updates to eBay follow your saved settings and shipping method.

  • Use settings for each method

    You can control tracking updates in the tracking settings, including by the selected shipping method.

  • Keep the order with its eBay account

    Shipnovo reports the shipment through the eBay account linked to the imported order.

How to report a tracking number

Connect your eBay account, configure a shipping method and check your tracking settings:

  1. Connect the eBay account linked to the order.
  2. Configure a shipping method and choose it for the order.
  3. Under Settings → Tracking, check how Shipnovo should send tracking numbers.
  4. Create the label, pack the shipment and then confirm shipping in the shipping run.
