From connected accounts to a shipping run

  • Connect your eBay account

    Connect your eBay seller account in Shipnovo. Shipnovo then retrieves your orders, and you can also start a manual import.

  • Use your own shipping account

    Shipnovo creates DHL parcel labels through your DHL business customer account. Letters and merchandise shipments use your Deutsche Post postage account.

  • Set up a shipping method

    Choose a product, extra services, and a print format. You can then select that shipping method for matching orders.

  • Print labels together

    Create labels for selected orders in one shipping run. The packing list keeps the same order.

  • Report shipment after confirmation

    Printing a label does not report a shipment. Confirm shipment after packing; only then does the tracking number go to eBay.

Example: set up DHL shipping for eBay orders

You sell on eBay and want to create DHL parcel labels in Shipnovo. Connect your eBay account and your own DHL contract first.

Orders appear in Shipnovo
After you connect the account, Shipnovo retrieves its eBay orders.
Your contract pays for postage
DHL bills real labels directly through your own business customer account.

For letters and merchandise shipments, use your Deutsche Post postage account instead. Shipnovo creates labels through your own shipping accounts.

Set up shipping in Shipnovo

Connect your accounts and set up a shipping method before you create real labels:

  1. Connect your eBay seller account in Shipnovo under Settings.
  2. Connect your DHL business customer account or your Deutsche Post postage account.
  3. Create a shipping method with the product, sender address, and print format.
  4. Select orders, start a shipping run, and confirm shipment after packing.
