Shipping methods and rules per eBay account

  • Assign methods per account

    Shipping methods, description templates and shipping rules can be assigned per eBay account.

  • Templates as a starting point

    Start from templates for Germany, abroad, high order value or an eBay account and add conditions such as weight and quantity.

  • Check a rule without side effects

    Pick an existing order. The preview explains the active rules and changes neither the order nor the shipping method.

  • Spot missing weights

    If a piece has no valid weight, the total weight stays unknown. The preview names the affected items.

  • Applications in the case history

    In the order you see saved rule applications and manual overrides with the shipping method.

Example with fictional data

Example: DHL Paket from 800 grams

An order contains 2 items at 200 g each and 3 at 150 g each. Your rule says: suggest DHL Paket from 800 g.

850 g item weight
2 × 200 g plus 3 × 150 g makes 850 g and meets the condition.
Rule applies
Without a later replacing match, DHL Paket is the result of the preview.

The preview is not a label purchase. Saving or changing a rule is a separate step.

How to set up shipping methods and rules

You need an active shipping method and an existing order:

  1. In Settings, set up the shipping method you want.
  2. Open Shipping rules, use a template and adjust conditions, priority and shipping method.
  3. Open Check rule, pick the order and compare the reasons of each rule.
