From the Packstation order to the DHL label

  • Postnummer in the address

    For a delivery to a station or branch, the Postnummer is in the recipient address. Shipnovo passes it to DHL.

  • Check the address before the label

    If an address looks off, Shipnovo flags it before shipping and tells you the reason.

  • DHL Paket from your account

    With your DHL business account, Shipnovo creates labels for DHL Paket up to 31.5 kg within Germany.

  • Set the method once

    In the shipping method you pick the DHL product, extra services and print format a single time.

  • Unclear reply, no repurchase

    If DHL replies unclearly, you review the shipment first. Shipnovo does not buy the postage again.

Label from your DHL account
The DHL Paket label uses your shipping method. The Postnummer goes to DHL with the recipient address.

Postage runs through your own shipping account. You choose extra services deliberately in the shipping method.

How to ship to a Packstation
