What is a customs declaration?
A customs declaration describes the contents of a shipment for customs. It is available as CN22 for low-value shipments and CN23 for higher-value shipments.
You need it for shipments to countries outside the EU customs territory. It lists the contents, quantity, weight, value and country of origin of each item.
If information is missing, customs may hold or return the shipment. Postal regulations determine the value limit for CN22.

You enter the customs information in Shipnovo. For Warenpost International, the CN22 appears on the label. A CN23 is provided as a separate A4 document.
