The key criteria
These questions distinguish suitable tools from unsuitable ones:
- Can I connect multiple eBay accounts, and how much does each additional account cost?
- Can I use my own DHL contract and my Portokasse?
- Does the tool create multiple labels in a single step?
- Is the packing list in the same order as the labels?
- Is there a packing mode that uses a scanner or phone camera?
- Can I reply to buyer messages in the same tool?
Pricing by labels or by features
Some tools charge by features, others by shipments. Calculate costs using your actual number of parcels per month. Shipnovo charges by labels per month, and all features are included in every plan.
What Shipnovo cannot do yet
Shipnovo creates labels for DHL and Deutsche Post. GLS, DPD, Hermes and UPS are not yet available. Shipnovo does not create invoices or delivery notes.
