Use Deutsche Post Internetmarke for eBay
Small, flat items are often cheaper to ship as letters or merchandise shipments. Shipnovo buys Internetmarke postage using your own Deutsche Post postage account. Postage is charged directly to that account. You cannot pay by card or PayPal.
For existing accounts: Sign in and follow the steps.
Step by step
- 1
Open the Deutsche Post account
Go to Settings → Post account. You can connect several postage accounts. Each shipping method will use exactly one of them.
- 2
Connect a postage account
Enter the postage account username (email) and password. If you have several accounts, a name such as Main postage account can help you tell them apart. Click Connect postage account.
- 3
Add a Deutsche Post shipping method
Go to Settings → Shipping methods and add a shipping method with Deutsche Post as the provider. Choose a product, such as Großbrief, Maxibrief, or merchandise shipment up to 1,000 g.
- 4
Choose a label format
Under Label format, choose what you will print on. Internetmarke requires at least 89 × 43 mm.
- 5
Buy postage for orders
Select the orders, click Create labels, then choose the Deutsche Post shipping method in the preview. Only the button showing the quantity, such as “Create 3 labels,” buys the postage and charges the account.
- 6
Print and confirm shipping
Print the postage and pack the orders using the packing list. Then confirm shipping in the shipping run so eBay is notified.
