Upload tracking numbers to eBay
Buyers see shipping status and tracking numbers on eBay. Shipnovo reports both to the eBay account where the order originated. The report is triggered when you confirm shipping, not when the label is printed.
Step by step

Configure notification option
Open Settings → Dispatch notification to eBay. Choose Always report or Per shipping method. Other options include DHL only or Never report.

Generate labels and pack
Create labels in the shipping run and pack the parcels. Neither label purchase nor printing reports shipment to eBay yet.

Confirm shipment
In the shipping run, click Confirm shipment. The dialog shows which shipments will be reported to eBay and which lack a tracking number. After your confirmation, eBay notifies the buyer.

Check pending reports
The shipping run displays confirmed, pending, and failed notifications to eBay. Use Check pending eBay notifications to retry them specifically.
