Print multiple eBay shipping labels at once

Step by step

   Open ready-to-ship orders

   Open Orders and select the Ready to ship filter. It shows open orders with no known shipping restrictions. Orders with an invalid address or pending payment appear separately under Needs review.

   Select orders

   Select the orders you need labels for, or use Select all. If nothing is selected, the list shows a notice with the number of ready-to-ship orders; it includes every ready order in the list, including other pages. A shipment can contain up to 500 orders.

   Click Create labels

   Click Create labels. Shipnovo saves a shipment draft and opens the preview. No postage is purchased yet. If there are more than 500 ready-to-ship orders and none are selected, Shipnovo shows how many fit in the next shipment.

   Review the preview and shipping method

   The preview shows each shipment's recipient, items, and weight. Under Shipping method, choose one method for all shipments or change it for each shipment. The preview order will also be used for labels and the packing list.

   Create all labels in one step

   In the preview, click the button showing the number of labels, for example “Create 3 labels”. For DHL and Deutsche Post, this places a paid order. The order is then locked so the labels and packing list stay aligned.

   Print labels together

   In the saved shipment, open Documents → Labels and click Print labels. Print saved PDF opens the combined document; Thermal printing with paper check verifies the original size and paper. For more than 50 labels, print them in batches there.

   Pack and confirm shipment

   Pack the orders using the packing list from the same shipment, then confirm shipment. Only shipment confirmation reports tracking numbers to eBay. Printing alone does not report them.
