PDF label won't print
The preview stays blank or the PDF will not open. The preview may still be loading, or the browser may not display PDFs directly.

The app shows these messages in German. They are quoted exactly so you can match them.

- The original formats have changed. Reload the print page to check the paper.
Possible causes
- The preview is still loading, especially when there are many labels.
- The browser or phone does not open PDFs on the page.
- A label was recreated while the print page was open.
How to fix the error

Wait briefly or reload
If the page says ‘PDF preview loading. If it does not appear, use the links below.’, wait briefly. If formats have changed, reload the print page.

Open the original PDF
Click ‘Open PDF separately’ or ‘Download original PDF’.

Print without scaling
Print the file from your PDF program using ‘Actual size’ (100%).
