Print packing list in label order
With 75 shipments, you want to continue packing after the first print part without searching. Shipnovo keeps labels and packing lists in the same saved run order. The pack number belongs to the shipment in the run; a PDF page is not a new packing position. Always use the same shipping run for both documents.

Step by step
- 1
Open the relevant shipping run
Open Shipping runs and your run. If you are preparing a draft first, start New shipping run and check orders and shipping methods in the preview. Successfully generated labels and the packing list are then located in the saved run.
- 2
Observe the saved packing positions
Sequence and pack numbers are recorded upon generation. Current documents include successfully generated, active shipments that should appear on the packing list. Positions may be missing after a cancellation; subsequent pack numbers are not reassigned upon reprint.
- 3
Print labels from this run
Open Print labels and choose Print saved PDF for the standard document print page, or Thermal printing with paper checks for original formats and paper selection. For more than 50 printable labels, open each displayed part in thermal printing. With 75 labels, positions 1–50 come before positions 51–75. Multi-page originals stay complete in their part.
- 4
Open the packing list from the same run
Under Documents → Packing list, choose Print packing list, then Open print dialog on the document print page. Download packing list as PDF and View packing list in app are alongside it. The screen view helps when checking parcels on your phone or when no printer is available.
- 5
Match against the pack number
Compare label and packing list position using the same pack number, not the PDF page number. Pack in the displayed order and stay with documents from this run. Printing and downloading do not confirm packing or shipping; complete those steps separately in the app.
Common questions about this guide
It designates a shipment within this shipping run, for example 3/75. This allows you to match the label to the correct packing list position. Pack numbers are enabled by default; the setting is located under Settings → Pack numbers. All pages of a multi-page original label remain part of the same shipment.
In the same run under Thermal printer, open the next part and follow the displayed position ranges. Part 2 starts at position 51 for a 75-shipment run. Continue using the packing list from this run; do not re-sort the second stack. Excluded positions do not shift subsequent part boundaries.
Yes. Under Settings → Packing list, an authorized team member selects the displayed details and item images. View packing list in app opens the current view. Saved PDFs reflect the data contained at generation; reprinting does not purchase a new label.
No. Print the saved document again or download it. This changes neither pack numbers nor label quota. If a purchase remains pending, open Check affected shipments and use Restore existing label with proper permissions instead of initiating a second purchase.
Pack numbers apply only within their shipping run. Keep labels and packing lists from the same run together, even if both runs contain a position 1. Otherwise, assignment to the parcel will be incorrect.
