What is a Packstation?
A Packstation is a DHL parcel locker. Recipients can collect their parcels there around the clock. Packstation and Postfiliale services are only available in Germany.
For delivery to a Packstation, DHL needs the station number and the recipient’s Postnummer. The Postnummer has 6 to 10 digits.
The details must go in specific fields: the word Packstation in the street field, the station number in the house number field and only the Postnummer in the address supplement field. Otherwise, DHL will reject the label.
Packstation in Shipnovo
Shipnovo recognises Packstation and Postfiliale addresses in eBay orders and passes the station and Postnummer details to DHL.
