What is the participation number at DHL?
The participation identifier consists of the last two characters of the 14-digit DHL billing number. It distinguishes between multiple participations in the same procedure.
The billing number consists of the EKP, procedure and participation. If you have multiple participations for one product, for example for separate billing, they differ in these two characters.
You can see which participations you have in your contract details in the business customer portal.
