What is the DHL billing number?
The billing number is a 14-digit number from your DHL business customer contract. It tells DHL which contract and product to bill a label to.
The first ten digits are your EKP, meaning your DHL customer number. These are followed by two digits for the procedure, for example 01 for DHL Paket. The last two characters identify the participation.
Because the procedure identifies the product, you need a matching billing number for each product. You can find it in your contract details in the business customer portal.
