Add products and inventory
Products in Shipnovo keep your packing list, packing mode, and inventory in sync. Enter the SKU, barcode, and weight, assign a storage location, and link your eBay listings. Shipnovo deducts stock only when you confirm shipping.
For existing accounts: Sign in and follow the steps.
Step by step

Add a product
Open Products & inventory and click Add product. Enter the SKU, name, barcodes, dimensions, and weight. Save with Save product.

Add a storage location
Switch to the Storage locations tab and click Add storage location. Enter a bin, drawer, or location, and optionally a room and shelf. Then assign the location to the product.

Link eBay listings
Open the eBay mapping tab. Link a listing to an existing product, or click Create new to add a product. Import many products at once from CSV or Excel in the Import tab.

Enter stock
Click the parcel icon next to the product. Enter the new total stock and a reason for the change.

Choose inventory tracking
Choose Automatic if Shipnovo should reserve stock and deduct it when shipping is confirmed. With Manual, Shipnovo makes no automatic deductions.

Deduct stock when shipping
When you create a shipping run, Shipnovo reserves the quantity. It deducts stock only when you click “Confirm shipping.” Printing and packing do not change inventory.
Common questions about this guide
No. Shipnovo tracks inventory internally. You still adjust the listing quantity on eBay.
With automatic inventory tracking, stock is deducted when you click “Confirm shipping.” Before that, the quantity is only reserved.
A weight helps. Weight-based shipping rules apply only when every item in the order has a weight.
You can create many storage locations with a room, shelf, and bin. Multiple warehouses with transfers between them are not available.
