How to fix the error
- 1
Create smaller exports
Download labels from the DHL Business Customer Portal in several smaller batches, for example by day or weight class.
- 2
Upload files individually
Open ‘Labels’, click ‘Upload DHL PDF’ and select the smaller files. You can select several at once.
- 3
Check the result
Shipnovo reports how many labels were saved. Labels already saved will not be added again if you retry.
Common questions
Up to 300 pages per PDF and no more than 10 MB per file.
It's better not to. Another program could change the label. Download smaller files directly from the portal instead.
Labels already saved remain available. Simply upload the file again.
