Combined shipping: ship grouped eBay orders
If a buyer places several orders with you, you can pack everything into one parcel. Shipnovo finds open orders from the same buyer, with the same address, on the same eBay account. You buy just one label, and the same tracking number is reported to eBay for every order.
For existing accounts: Sign in and follow the steps.
Step by step
- 1
Find the Same buyer notice
In Orders, a notice such as Same buyer: 2 open orders shows that other orders can be combined.
- 2
View the orders together
Click the notice. The list then shows all open orders from that buyer. Click Ship together.
- 3
Review the group in a shipping run
The shipping run draft shows a Ship together section: Same buyer, same address, one parcel, one label. Check which orders are in the group.
- 4
Adjust the selection
Use Ship selected together to group selected orders. Use Ungroup to separate them again.
- 5
Create one label
Create labels as usual. Shipnovo buys only one label for the group. The packing list and packing mode show items from every order in one parcel.
- 6
Confirm shipping
After you click “Confirm shipping,” Shipnovo reports the same tracking number to eBay for every order in the group.
