What is a return?
A return is when a buyer sends an item back to the seller. The goods are then inspected and a refund is issued.
On eBay, the buyer initiates the return. Deadlines and conditions are governed by your return policy and eBay’s rules.
Returned goods are not always fit for sale. Inspect them before offering them for sale again.
Return in Shipnovo
When receiving goods, you sort returned units into “Verkaufbar” (sellable), “Beschädigt” (damaged) and “Ungeklärt” (unresolved). Only sellable units go back into inventory. Shipnovo does not create return labels or issue refunds.
