eBay combined shipping: multiple purchases in one parcel
If someone makes multiple purchases from you, you can save on postage and packaging by sending them in one parcel. What matters is that every order is then marked as shipped. This guide shows you what to watch out for.

When you can combine shipping
Combining shipping is worthwhile when the same buyer has multiple open orders going to the same address. If the addresses differ, each address needs its own parcel.
One parcel, one label, one tracking number
Shipnovo identifies open orders from the same buyer with the same address on the same eBay account. With “Zusammen versenden” (Ship together), you buy just one label.
The packing list and packing mode show the items from all orders in one parcel. Once shipment is confirmed, every order on eBay receives the same tracking number.
Limitations
You cannot combine orders into one parcel in Shipnovo in these cases:
- Orders from different eBay accounts
- Different delivery addresses
- Orders for which the label purchase process has already started
Shipping costs for additional items
You set how much a buyer pays for each additional item in your eBay shipping policy. Combining items in one parcel reduces your postage costs, regardless of what the buyer pays.
