Option 1: eBay shipping labels
eBay offers its own shipping labels. You buy them directly from the order, and eBay enters the tracking number automatically. eBay determines the prices and shipping services.
Option 2: your own contract through shipping software
With your own DHL contract or a Deutsche Post Portokasse, you buy the postage yourself. Shipping software such as Shipnovo retrieves orders from eBay, creates labels under your contract and sends the tracking number back.
Print many labels at once
In Shipnovo, you group orders that are ready to ship into a shipping batch. A batch can contain up to 500 orders. All labels are created in a single step and saved in one combined document.
- Select orders and click “Labels erstellen” (Create labels)
- Choose a shipping method for all shipments or for each shipment individually
- In the preview, click “3 Labels erstellen” (Create 3 labels)
- Print the labels together and pack the orders
Packing list in the same order
The packing list from the same batch follows the same order as the labels. Packing number 1 corresponds to label 1. This helps you avoid picking the wrong label when packing.
Common questions
Not in Shipnovo. The information is only sent once you confirm shipment in the shipping batch.
