- Item is clean and complete, with accessories included
Packing
- Box is the right size, with little empty space
- Packing material prevents movement inside the box
- Fragile items are wrapped individually
- Delivery note or return slip is included
- Box is sealed with packing tape
Label and handover
- Parcel weighed and measured
- Shipping method matches the weight and dimensions
- Label clearly legible on the largest side
- Old labels and barcodes covered or removed
- Parcel dropped off or collection booked
After shipping
- Dispatch confirmed on eBay
- Tracking number submitted to eBay
- Stock levels updated
