Book a DHL pickup for eBay parcels
Taking lots of parcels to a branch takes time. That is why DHL offers a pickup service. Shipnovo does not book this pickup itself. You book it directly with DHL and prepare the parcels using Shipnovo.

Where to book the pickup
You arrange a pickup with DHL, for example online at dhl.de or, as a business customer, through the business customer portal. DHL determines which options and prices apply.
What Shipnovo prepares
Shipnovo creates the labels for all parcels in a shipping batch and a packing list in the same order. In packing mode, you check each parcel before it is ready for pickup.
Handover and dispatch notification
When the driver takes the parcels, click “Versand bestätigen” (Confirm dispatch) in the shipping batch. Shipnovo then sends the tracking numbers to eBay and deducts the items from inventory.
Pre-pickup checklist
Before the driver arrives:
- attach all labels so they are clearly visible
- check the parcels against the packing list
- note the number of parcels for pickup
